TRANS M LONDON
Empowerment through support
FTM London, the 20+ year old peer support group for trans masculine people was changing their name. FTM, long associated with Female-to-Male, was an old fashioned term that didn’t fit with the ethos of the group.
To welcome members who are trans masculine but don’t identify with either male or female they needed a new name.
The new name TransM London, was developed into the logo which has nods to the * at the end of Trans* as well as empowerment through speech and sharing with the speech bubble tail.
